What the workspace helps you do

See the network

Review inventory and demand coverage across the locations represented in your workspace.

Plan replenishment

Investigate shortages and review allocation or transfer proposals before acting.

Organize purchasing

Keep purchasing work alongside inventory needs and operational follow-up.

Investigate discrepancies

Use reconciliation and cycle-count workspaces to bring exceptions into review.

Review menu health

Identify menu-related work in the operating workflow; live publishing requires separate integration acceptance.

Start with a reliable inventory baseline

Before acting on a count, replenishment proposal or profit opportunity, confirm what each source represents. Read how to reconcile dispensary inventory between METRC and your POS.

Questions before a pilot

Does a replenishment proposal move inventory?

No. Proposal quantities require operator review and the appropriate authorized execution workflow. A planning result is not a completed transfer.

Does it automatically connect to my POS or QuickBooks?

Provider authorization and acceptance must be confirmed for your deployment. Direct QuickBooks connectivity and live menu publishing are not accepted production capabilities in the edition described here.

What should I bring to a walkthrough?

Describe your locations, license scope, source reports, replenishment decisions and user roles. Avoid sending customer, patient or other sensitive records by email.

Keep your operations connected.
