Grounded in operations

Deep roots in operations.
A healthy dose
of personality.

Cannabis operations deserve thoughtful software. Dank Logic brings an operations-first perspective to the everyday work of counting inventory, planning demand, and keeping teams aligned.

Our direction is simple: clear information, consistent workflows, and tools that help people make the next good decision.

PLANTS / PEOPLE / PROGRESS
01

Make the next step obvious.

Surface the exception, show the context, and give the operator a clear path forward.

02

Keep the workflow familiar.

The same module should feel the same across the ecosystem. Less relearning. More getting things done.

03

Let people stay in control.

Review before action. Useful guidance with room for human judgment.

04

Earn trust through clarity.

Explain what the software knows, what needs review, and what is still being built.

Your future bud in the business.

We're growing a Dank Logic assistant personality with a knack for spotting the weeds in your workflow. A little wit, useful guidance, and common sense at the root of it all.

Straight answers

Let's clear the air.

Can I buy or use the products today?

This site introduces the ecosystem we're building. Count Logic and Dispensary Doctor are pilot candidates with acceptance work outstanding. Profit Protector is a private preview with conditional pilot readiness; Promo Calendar is a development preview. Exchange screenshots show its embedded Doctor workflow, while the standalone marketplace remains planned. Contact us to discuss your workflow and potential pilot participation. A request does not guarantee access or a release date.

How will the products work together?

Start with Count Logic for inventory review and Dispensary Doctor for daily planning. Profit Protector adds evidence-led recovery and opportunity review; Promo Calendar connects promotion plans to local stock availability. Exchange supports the wholesale direction. Shared identity, subscriptions and cross-product connections remain part of the roadmap, rather than a promise that every tool is already linked.

Are METRC, Dutchie, and QuickBooks integrations available?

Count includes read-only provider workflows, while Dispensary Doctor includes data reconciliation, transfer and accounting-export workspaces. Authorized access and provider acceptance remain required before connected operational use. Live menu publishing and direct QuickBooks connectivity remain integration objectives. Dank Logic is not represented here as an endorsed partner of these providers.

Why do the new screenshots say Profit Recovery and Promo Logic?

Profit Protector presents our Profit Recovery application, and Promo Calendar presents our Promo Logic planning application. These are the current software workspaces shown in the tours. Product names in the software may differ from the website labels while the ecosystem develops.

Do Profit Protector and Promo Calendar connect to live providers?

Profit Protector detects opportunities from uploaded snapshots. Promo Calendar uses its own local inventory and reservations. Live POS, accounting, METRC and Dutchie synchronization, cross-product reservations, campaign publishing and automated email are not connected capabilities of these previews.

Will Exchange process payments?

The current direction keeps payment arrangements between the wholesaler and retailer. Exchange is intended to support discovery and coordination, rather than collecting or moving transaction funds.

Does the software guarantee compliance?

No. The goal is to help operators organize their work and review their records. Operators remain responsible for their own compliance decisions, reporting, and required systems.

Got a growing pain?

the root of it.
